Costa Rica Gaming Associastion (crga.info) is located in downtown San Jose Costa Rica.

Our aim is to be the watch dog of all online gaming and sportsbook operations who operate and provide their service from Costa Rica.

If you feel you have been treated unfaily in any manner by any of the companies who are based out of Costa Rica, we want to hear from you.

We are also interested in ANY complaints you may have with any and all online gaming opertions located in Aruba, Cayman Islands, Dutch Antilles, Aruba, Carousel, etc.,  or any operations based in Europe as well.

While we cannot guarantee your complaint will be resolved to your complete satisfaction, we can guarantee you we will contact the company and follow up on the issue in question and will respond to you personally.

The best way to trigger a rapid response of your complaint(s) is as follows.

- Register with this site.

- Use the search engine in the top right hand corner of this blog (not google search) to find any article or posting on this blog by the company or online operator you having issues with.

- Post and register your complaint as a comment under any article that has been written or is represented by that company.

- If you cannot find an article written by the company you having a problem with, please send us a copy of your complaint to:  admin@crga.info   and if we deem it to be a vaild, our administrator will post it on this site for you.

- All complaints that we feel you were unjustly taken advantage of will remain posted on this site, until the issue is resolved as a warning and as an alert to others.

- If we side with you in the matter and still no resolution on your particular complaint has been met to our satisfaction, we not only will leave the posting permantely on the site, but it will be posted on other high profile and heavily populated online gaming sites as well.

- Send all copies of your post and or complaints to: admin@crga.info

In summary, it is our experience that most sportsbooks and online gaming operators work very hard and strive to serve you the customer with the best online gaming experience possible, and strive to very best of their abilties to do so.

However, there still are old and new rouge online gaming operators and or certain sportsbook managers that can and will take advantage of a customer if not kept in check.
