I think I have a system for beating a particular game online at a casino located outside the USA and I want to know if I put money on that site and I do happen to make money, will I be penalized because I made a profit? I have looked for an answer for 6 hours, even called some magistrates’ offices in the nearby counties here in North Carolina and some say illegal, others say legal. Legal or not, where can I find supporting evidence of it being that way for sure? I want (and need) to know BEFORE I commit and risk being illegal. I have been playing poker for a long time, in casino’s or maybe just going into my local for that once a week $5 game. you can spot the ATM from the SHARK normaly on the second or third round of betting. but I have not realy played online, I’m guessing it aint going to be that much diffrence between the internet and in person, but I have been playing the play games, on an evening. but haven’t got round to putting down a deposit yet as I am saving up for christmas and new years holiday.
